In just 30 minutes drive from Rockhampton you will arrive at Mountain View, a working cattle grazing property, part of which is the 1100 hectare Rainbow Mountain Nature Refuge. Rainbow Mountain was named for its multi-coloured sandstone laid down eons ago. Your guide will be waiting for you at the homestead to share with you the splendour of this natural area. Drive through the property to our morining tea spot among the gum trees, before beginning our guided walk up through the Aussie bush.
