Australia's largest Aboriginal Cultural Centre set in natural bushland, was officially opened on the 9th of April 1988. Some facilities include the Bimbi artefacts shop, kiosk, conference rooms, Torres Strait Islander Complex, theatre, park area for picnics and many exhibitions. If that's not enough then there's even a motel with it's own conference room, pool, eating areas and disability accommodation. You can go at your own pace but it is highly recommended that you take one of the informative tours to guide you through, explaining everything each step of the way - you even get to have a go at throwing a boomerang and listen to a live performance of didgeridoo playing!
