The only place you can see giant black and white pandas in Australia is at the Adelaide Zoo. There is a girl called Funi who was born on 23/8/2006 and a boy called Wang Wang who was born on 31/8/2005. Another place in Adelaide worth seeing is the picturesque seaside suburb of Glenelg. For a view over Adelaide, drive up Mt Lofty then travel further East to the nearby town of Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills for a German experience. North of Hahndorf includes Hans Heysen (Australian artist) The Cedars Historic Home, the world's biggest rocking horse at Gumeracha and the famous wine region called the Barossa Valley. Places to visit in the Barossa Valley include the Whispering Wall (your voice echos off the curved dam wall and the person at the far end can hear you), Lyndoch Hill rose garden, Maggie Beer's Farm Shop (from the famous TV show called The Cook and the Chef), various chateaus for wine tasting, Jacob's Creek Information Centre plus many great places to eat. Head South to Cape Jervis for a ferry ride to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island. Some features of Kangaroo Island include Seal Bay, sandboarding down the dunes at Little Sahara, Admiral's Arch, Remarkable Rocks and the Parndana Wildlife Park.
